As a company director myself, I can not believe the way this company does business. If I were to conduct business this way my business would end. Which makes me think this business maybe is ending. I have had the same issues as everyone else on here and have to recommend everyone to stay clear of RDX Sports. There are many other businesses out there who carry out their day to day trading in a far better manner than these cowboys. Read these reviews and take your custom somewhere else. BE AWARE. They are amateurs claiming to be professionals!
After a short conversation regarding my previous review the company have sent me out a free replacement. This was swift and easy.
After short email conversation regarding the review above the company sent me a new item free of charge. It was no hassle and good customer service.

My RDX shin pads got damaged after just one training.
I never received my merchandise, and it is been 2 months, and no one gave my money-back after contacting the company 3 times
Very pleased with product, delivery was fast.
Only downfall was the checkout process, once i entered my payment details the site crashed and therefor wasn't sure if payment was taken. But i recieved an email the next day to say payment had not gone through.
So overall satisfied with purchase and communication.
Excellent job !!! Product was Everything I hoped it would be ...Thank you!
P.S. do you have a catalog for clothing ?
Still haven't received my item its almost been 2 months. Poor communication. I had to ask just so I could get my tracking info when they should have sent to me. I'm highly disappointed.
